How AI providers are used

When a live AI model is enabled, your request is sent to the AI provider selected by Cavira. Before sending, the platform automatically removes email addresses, phone numbers, PAN, Aadhaar-style and card numbers, and any confidential terms your company configures. Numbers in data analysis are calculated by the platform itself, not by the AI.

Some AI providers' free tiers may use submitted data to improve their services. For company data, Cavira recommends paid API tiers where the provider does not train on your data.
